This is one of the most powerful ways of releasing tension in your spine, hips and neck. A unique approach where so much more healing/release can be achieved, than by conventional massage treatments, by using my weight, gravity and working with the soft palette of my forearms. A pain free treatment will be tailor made for your needs

My Approach
I'm trauma informed and understand the difference between safe release and a client being re-traumatised.
Whilst I have a Level 3 Massage Diploma Qualification I am trained in advanced Massage techniques. Currently, I offer NO HANDS Massage as from my own experience as a client and a therapist I see and have experienced better outcomes. NO HANDS Massage is often called the Gentle Giant of Massage.
NO HANDS® Full Body Massage

This is an unbelievable experience. This massage will make you feel as if your whole body is being massaged with one continuous stroke.
The massage can be as deep or as light as your body requires on the day. It is powerful whatever depth you feel you need. It can release tight muscles, reduce stress and tension held in the whole body, giving you a feeling of healing, relaxation and rejuvenation.
This unique approach to massage is tailor made to you and can work not only on your physical body but your emotions, energy, mind and spirit.
